Holy crap, car crash right on my street in front of my house. Four fire trucks, one ambulance, one traffic cop car, three LAPD cars, a tow truck, four vehicles involved in the carnage, and a whole crowd of people. One of the cars is on its side, I’ll have pictures posted later.

This is an absolutely amazing short film/song.  I’ve been watching alot of films from this group today and I’ve been completely blown away.

Definitely check out Whitestone Motion Pictures.

Dr. Who, You Have Succeeded In Making Me Shit My Pants

Holy shit, where do I begin?  Dr. Who is definitely one of the most entertaining things one can find on American or British television, but the writers really outdid themselves with “Blink”.  This is one of the “Doctor-Lite” episodes in which The Doctor and his assistant really only make appearances as secondary characters.  Before I say anything else, I have to give massive credit to Steven Moffat, the lead writer for the episode.  He is quite possibly the best writer BBC has.

CONTINUE ONLY IF YOU’VE SEEN THE EPISODE.

The main premise of the episode is that there are weeping angel statues and when they touch you, they send you back in time so you can “live to death”, but these “statues” can only move when no living thing is looking at them.  This episode is a great example of fear without blood (which I am not usually a fan of).  It manages to take the calm preferable death of old age, and turn it into something terrifying.  The monsters supposedly feed off of the “potential” energy from the days and moments that you would have had.
In the episode they show the tragic nature of this way to die through Sally Sparrow’s best friend and her aqquantance, Kathy Nightengale and Billy.  The writers managed to make the complex time weave that the fans of the show have grown to love and even throw in some inside jokes about props and previous episodes.
There is one single scene in this episode that still gives me the jumps, the scene where Kathy’s brother is forced to stare down the angels without blinking.

Ho-o-o-oly shit.
You have to see this scene to truely appreciate it’s terrifying nature.

Well to wrap this up, it was definitely my favorite episode to date and I hope to see more great work from Steven Moffat and the rest of the Dr. Who crew.

Pssht…actually, those weeping angels weren’t that scary I mean come on…

AHH! MAKE IT GO AWAY!

“ What’s good about sad?” “It’s happy for deep people ”

Dr. Who - Blink

Oh my, I can’t tell if this is the scariest or coolest kid ever.

Let their soothing young voices tell you the story of a man killing them cheating hos after getting out of prison.

This guy is an amazing make up artist! Seems like he might be the next Screaming Mad George
